Is the LOVOL TR2004 Worth Buying?

The Lovol TR2004 is a heavy-duty agricultural tractor designed for demanding farming operations. Its 4WD system provides traction and pulling power for heavy field work, and its 16+16 synchronizer gearbox supports smooth shifting. It suits medium and large farms that need serious power and a strong frame.

Engine and Fuel Specifications

Feature	Details
Engine model	SC7H200.2G2
Power	200 HP
Cylinders	6
Displacement	6,500 cm³
Rated speed	2,200 rpm
Air intake	Turbocharged with intercooler
Fuel injection	Mechanical
Torque	840 N·m
Fuel tank	350 litres

The turbocharger and intercooler help improve engine performance under load. The 350-litre tank supports long working periods between refuelling stops.

Gearbox, Clutch and Travel Speed

Feature	Details
Clutch	Dry, double-disc
Gearbox	Mechanical with synchro shifting and reverse
Gears	16 forward + 16 reverse
Forward speed	2.8 to 33.42 km/h
Reverse speed	2.75 to 32.87 km/h

Sixteen gears in each direction let you match speed to the task, from slow deep tillage to road transport. Synchro shifting makes gear changes smooth and reduces operator strain on long shifts.

Rear PTO for Heavy Implements

The independent rear PTO runs at 540 and 1000 rpm and delivers 135 HP (99.26 kW). It powers large rotary tillers, flail mowers and heavy-duty sprayers. Two PTO speeds let you run different implements without changing tractors.

Hydraulics, Hitch and Lifting Strength

Feature	Details
Hitch category	Cat 3
Lift control	Forced and positioned mode, floating mode
Lift actuation	Mechanical
Max lift capacity	6,500 kg
Lift capacity at 610 mm	4,500 kg
Hydraulic outputs	4
Maximum pressure	180 bar
Pump flow	75 L/min

The Cat 3 hitch and four hydraulic outputs give good control over large, heavy implements. Floating mode lets the implement follow uneven ground.

Key Strengths of the TR2004

200 HP engine: Strong torque and pulling power for deep tillage, heavy cultivation and transport.
Large-scale build: A reinforced chassis and heavy-duty drivetrain support demanding work.

Smooth transmission control: Optimized gear shifting improves traction control and operator comfort.
Fuel-efficient operation: The engine is engineered to reduce fuel use over long working hours.
Easy maintenance access: Accessible service points and durable components help limit downtime.

Best Field Applications for the TR2004

Deep tillage and subsoiling: Strong drawbar pull drags deep ploughs and subsoilers through tough, compacted soil.
Large-scale field preparation: It disks, harrows and levels wide areas efficiently.
Heavy-duty seeding and planting: It pulls wide, multi-row seeders and fertilizer drills across big
fields.
Heavy PTO work: It runs large rotary tillers, flail mowers and heavy-duty sprayers.

uneven ground.

Who Should Choose the TR2004?

The TR2004 suits commercial farms, large agricultural projects and contractors who work big areas. If your fields are small or your work is light, a smaller Lovol tractor from our 70 HP to 150 HP range may fit better. Share your acreage and your heaviest job, and we will recommend the right size.
