Daily Technical Maintenance Checklist for LOVOL Tractors

Regularly perform a series of technical maintenance measures including Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening, Adjustment, and Component Replacement.

Step #1

Clean the Tractor

Remove dirt, dust, and oil buildup from the tractor's exterior and engine components.

Step #2

Inspect & Tighten Fasteners

Check all external bolts and nuts for looseness, especially front and rear wheel lug nuts. Tighten securely.

Step #3

Check Fluid Levels

  • Engine oil (oil pan)
  • Coolant (radiator / water tank)
  • Fuel tank levels
  • Transmission & hydraulic fluid
Step #4

Lubrication

Grease all specified pivot points according to Maintenance Schedule Table 5-1.

Step #5

Tire Pressure Check

Verify front and rear tire pressure. Inflate to recommended PSI if underfilled to handle terrain effectively.

Step #6

Leak Inspection

Look out for air leaks, oil leaks, or coolant leaks ("3 leaks"). Address any identified issues immediately.
